The Raja Muda's standard is white and black on a canton of a yellow flag.

The 1992 facsimile edition [neu92] of Flaggenbuch 1939 [neu39], in the Corrections section, shows the flag of the Yang Teramat Malia [sic] Raja Muda as the Sultan's flag, but with yellow field.

It is not clear whether this flag was different in the 1930s or whether this is one of Neubecker's [neu92] very few mistakes — possibly a misunderstanding of a written description mentioning Perak's national colours used on the canton of a yellow flag or some such.
